Jessica and Zach’s soft and romantic color palette for their wedding day warmed my heart. It perfectly suited them as a couple, and I loved that they fully embraced incorporating it throughout their many adorable and romantic details. Sarah of Sarah K. Chen Photography did such a fabulous job photographing the day. She made it very hard to choose my favorites- but here they are below for you to enjoy!
Jessica’s Melissa Sweet swiss dot confection of a wedding gown was utterly feminine and even a little bit flirty. I could tell the dress was made for her- she got this twinkle in her eyes after putting it on and the smiles wouldn’t stop! Oh- and who can overlook the lovely coral satin peep-toes from (my personal favorite shoe source) J. Crew.
The bridal bouquet was stunning- I wanted to just stare at it all day. The soft and full coral and white peonies smelled truly divine, and the unexpected addition of Dusty Miller around the base of the bouquet gave it that extra ‘oomph’. Top it off with a delicate white lace stem wrap and thick silver satin ribbon, and you have perfection!

The couple decided to have their first look at the charming Westlake Village Inn, where Jessica and her girls got ready. Sarah scouted out this perfectly romantic trellaced pathway overflowing with wisteria. So fitting!
One last portrait in the lobby before leaving.
Then we were off to the church- time to get married!
And finally- our last destination; the Spanish Hills Country Club. Sarah took the newlyweds around the club for some more portraits before heading into the reception.
Sweet and lovely details galore!
My personal favorite- the Martha Stewart-esque sweets table. Not just one, but FIVE delicate cakes, accompanied by mini-cupcakes and apothecary jars packed full of yummy chocolate chip cookies. Someone pinch me- I must have been dreaming!
This was one party that didn’t need any help getting started. I had so much fun watching all the guests let loose on the dance floor.
