I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again- Ricarose and Brian had SO much fun on their wedding day. We all did, for that matter! I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to let loose, go with the flow, and just enjoy the day because it goes by in the absolute blink of an eye. And life is too short to spend your wedding day worrying about anything but celebrating the love you share with your new hubby/wife! Of course, I didn’t have to remind R and B to do this- they were knee deep in the fun from the word ‘go’. From finger mustaches to milk and cookies, the elements and stars were definitely aligned for some prefectly giddy good times. As to be expected, there were some heartfelt emotions at moments as well- Ricarose’s sister put together and presented during dinner by far one of the coolest ’slideshows’ (but really, it was so much more than that! She’s a genius!) I have seen to date. Experience it for yourself here: “A Story of Kindred Spirits”. At the end of the show, she gifted the newlyweds with a framed version of the art she created during the film. So cool! Goosbumps just thinking about it!! Crissy (of Christine Farah Photography) channeled all the fun with her photographs- check ‘em out:
We started out the day with the ladies as they got all dolled up at Ricarose’s parents’ charming home in LA.

Ricarose was a vision in her chic Nicole Miller gown; her girls were all so lovely as well in floaty, vibrant blue J. Crew dresses. Gorgeous smiles were compliments of the owners themselves:)
Meanwhile, at the guys’ hotel…
Soon we were all off to the church; Precious Blood Catholic Church to be exact.

This is obviously where the finger mustaches ensued. Good times!

Holly Flora is brilliant- ’nuff said. R and B get all the credit for the tongue in cheek speech bubble escort and place cards; so clever. Oh, and the folks over at The Kitchen are to thank for the delicious (and authentic) Filipino cuisine guests feasted on- family style, no less. A whole suckling pig was present- as were simply scrumptious lumpia, chicken adobo, and (my favorite) turon.
